Certain biotech sweet corn varieties require a current grower or technology stewardship agreement before purchase and planting. Use the sections below to identify which agreement applies to the varieties you are interested in and complete the required registration.

Performance Series™ Sweet Corn
Performance Series™ sweet corn growers are required to have a current Bayer Technology Stewardship Agreement. If you are not currently licensed, you may complete the agreement online. If you would prefer a paper copy, call us at 800-435-6077 and we will be happy to send one to you.
Please make sure your Bayer Technology Stewardship Agreement is valid before purchasing or growing any Performance Series™ sweet corn.

Attribute Sweet Corn Grower Agreement
A Stewardship Agreement must be signed for the purchase of Attribute, Attribute Plus, and Attribute II sweet corn varieties. Growers should understand and follow the terms, guidelines, and stewardship practices outlined in the agreement.
